In Morocco, hospitality revolves around the table
The call of a peacock amongst the palm trees, the scent of citrus fruits from the orchard, the bright midday light or the softer glow of evening. Every day, lunch and dinner are served in the gardens, on the terraces, under the pergola or on the rooftop. In the afternoon, a special menu accompanies your time by the pool. As the air cools, the Grand Salon and the air-conditioned dining room take over.

Regarded as one of the finest restaurants in the region, Les Jardins de Taroudant offers French cuisine crafted from Morocco’s finest produce: octopus and wild fish from the coast, top-quality meats, and local fruit, vegetables and spices. The menu changes with the seasons and the availability of produce, and all dishes, sauces and desserts are made entirely from scratch.
The chef and his team of sixteen, like the front-of-house staff, are mostly graduates of the Agadir Hotel School. Their attention to detail is evident both in the presentation of the dishes and in the attentive yet discreet French-style service.
Cocktails and wines complement every occasion, from lunch through to dinner.

To ensure the peace and quiet of the premises, the house is reserved for guests staying at the hotel and diners at the restaurant. Cocktails and coffee are served as part of a meal.

Christmas and New Year’s Eve at Les Jardins
To mark the end of the year, the head chef and his team have devised two festive menus, where exceptional ingredients from France are combined with those from Morocco, from Dakhla oysters to Taliouine saffron. Open to all, whether guests staying at the riad or visitors from outside.
